Orders & service

Orders are subject to availability. Beevara may update pricing, menu items, service windows, and pickup availability when needed. Prep times may vary during high demand, and pickup timing is an estimate only, not a guarantee of exact service time.

Refund policy

Once an order has been prepared, it is generally final. Refunds, credits, or remakes are handled case-by-case when service issues happen. For support, contact hello@beevara.com.

Rewards

Rewards offers, point values, and redemption rules may change over time. Rewards have no cash value and may expire under program rules.

SMS consent & communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in through checkout, rewards, or another Beevara form, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to real-time pickup updates, rewards notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
